Preprocessing Stage

PCAP files collected from the Ocean View community network are used for training, validation and testing of the various models that we experimentally compare.

As such, the first stage of the project stage was to preprocess the raw PCAP files into a suitable format for training, validation and testing. The output of this stage is thus train.csv, val.csv and test.csv files. This preprocessing process is described below.
