Project Overview

CASEText is a project that aims to carry out research with respect to South African English in the form of testing current POS tagger efficiency on South African English. The project also aims to develop a comprehensive electronic corpus for South African English.

Project Components

As mentioned aboce the project was divided into the following two sections:

1. Testing current POS tagger efficiency on South African English which can be found here.

2. Development of a corpus for South African English which can be found here.
